Program Descriptions:
The ‘Building Your Solid Base’ program is designed for owners or managers who know they want more out of their business but do not know how to get it. These businesses may have just started, don’t have the infrastructure to take full advantage of the more in-depth programs, or just need an insight on learning the basic principles. This is a 6 month online video course. It is also recommended as a good maintenance program for business owners that have completed one of the other programs.
2. Online StepupCOACH – “Empower Your Business Program”
This 6 week program suits those business owners who really are committed to get their business ahead. The type of business that most benefits from this program is a business who’s owner really wants their business to implement the strategies for improvement as quickly and effectively as possible by leveraging their team, and instilling leadership on all fronts. You will attend 2 live webinars one at the 1st of the month and one at the 3rd week of the month. 1.5hrs in duration. This is a group webinar. After you initial 6 week training course you will move into the “Steady Growth System” which give you access to go back to the training course as many times as you like but still give you access to the live webinars with the group.
3. Online PowerupCOACH – “Grow Your Business Program”
The ‘Grow Your Business’ program is designed for those businesses who are determined to achieve significant growth in the next 12 months. Your business is probably already going well but you may typically need to rapidly expand your customer base, introduce a new product or open another outlet. You have some really good staff members in place but your business is struggling to reach its full potential. You are probably working way too many hours a week and the business would not be able to survive without your constant input. You will attend 2 live webinars one at the 1st of the month and one at the 3rd week of the month. 1.5hrs in duration. This is a group webinar. This also includes a quarterly 90Day online planning session which includes all the necessary documents to create your plan. You also receive access to our online library of tools (videos, documents, templates). You will get access to a Monday Facebook weekly posting of the actions you are committing to for the week and on Friday a post of what you have accomplished. Also included in your program is a twice a year Black Belt Business Intensive 2day workshop where you will learn specific tactics against a specific subject. You will walk away with a game plan for that area of your business

Terms of Payment and cancellation: Payment is always on time and monthly in advance in Canadian Dollars if in Canada and American Dollars if in United States. All other countries will pay in Canadian Dollars. Payment is with Credit Card and will automatically be withdrawn from your account automatically. 30day notice must be given which must fall before the end of the billing cycle which occurs at the 1st Monday of each month.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation before the next billing cycle. Please submit cancellation via email to support@total-busines-coaching.com. Please provide contact information so we may contact you in case we have any questions.
Your Program Activities
The number and combination of the activities that we implement during your program will depend on their size, complexity and your ability to undertake the workload involved. The appropriateness, order and priority may change during the program.
- Mastery - “Creating a COMMERCIAL Enterprise” - The first stage of growing any business is about making sure it delivers its products or services profitably, productively and with enough information to make great decisions. It’s about building a foundation before engaging in an effort to acquire new business. It’s about the owner taking back ‘control’ of the business and removing any chaos.
- Niche – “Creating a Commercial, PROFITABLE Enterprise” - Niche is all about Marketing. At this step you define your uniqueness and guarantee, articulating the value of your product or service, getting and keeping customers and moving them towards higher loyalty levels making them ‘Raving Fans’.
- Leverage – “Creating a Commercial, Profitable Enterprise, that WORKS” – Leverage is about implementing systems and controlling the effects of Supply and Demand, ensuring quality and increasing profitability. At this step, you Leverage finances, systems, people and your marketing.
- Team – “Creating a Commercial, Profitable Enterprise, that Works, WITHOUT YOU” – During this step, you work on developing an amazing team. T.E.A.M. means ‘Together Everyone Achieves More’. Everyone is in the right position, doing the right things at the right time.
- Synergy – “Freedom” – At this step, everyone is in the right position, even a General Manager, doing the right things at the right time, in ‘massive amounts’. You, as the business owner, are spending your time working solely on strategic issues and your income is largely passive coming from the business. You have the freedom to explore new business opportunities and begin to think about exiting the business or diversifying or duplicating the business.
- Results – “Invest Your Time and Money” – Now you can turn over the operations to others and be free to become a full-time investor, investing in businesses, real estate or other opportunities. You may even decide to become a coach as many of our other clients have done.
Your Commitment to the Program
My primarily role a motivator and someone to hold you ACCOUNTABLE to ensure that you keep up with the work required, and to ensure that your program and its fundamental philosophies are instilled correctly into your business, you will be required to work from two (2) to six (6) hours per week on business development activities.
General conditions
- Some Mentor Plan materials you receive may be confidential and proprietary to Total Business Coaching. These materials may be duplicated and used, but must always retain the copyright and ownership markings of the author.
- Your Coach’s services are advisory. You bear sole responsibility for the use and implementation of these services in your business. You agree to forever indemnify and hold harmless Total Business Coaching and Andrew Houston, from and against any loss, cost, or expense, resulting from your activities related to the subject matter in this document and in the program, you sign up to.
- Your Coach will be providing you with education, guidance, direction and accountability. You will be primarily responsible for the activity under the program. In this way, you will gain the skills to maintain your successful business development as a life-long activity.
- From time to time, your Coach will be required to attend educational workshops and take a holiday. When this occurs, consultations will be rescheduled around such times.
- If your monthly investment is not received on time, when due, your coach reserves the right to suspend your services and impose a late fee of 5% of the overdue amount, per month, until paid.
- Your coach may engage an industry specialist (such as an accountant or lawyer), to conduct a number of your sessions if needed. The number and form of these will depend on your specific needs.
- You, your Coach, or authorized representative of Total Business Coaching, may terminate this agreement at any time upon 30 days notice in writing.
- This agreement is the entire agreement between you and Total Business Coaching, all prior agreements, promises or representations being merged herein.
- This agreement shall be governed by, construed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Ontario, Canada.
